About Our Classes

Menlo Fit offers a full schedule of classes, with favorites including Boot Camp and Indoor Cycling, and new combo classes.

Boot Camp

Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m., and Saturday morning from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. 16 classes to choose from, with convenient before-work sessions. All 45 minute sessions held in the new Arrillaga Family Gymastics Center at 501 Laurel Street, Menlo Park, directly adjacent to the Burgess Pool.

The Boot Camp philosophy has evolved beyond military-type drills and teamwork. The point is still to get a great workout with lots of intensity, but your coach will modify the workouts as needed for your fitness level, skill, and needs — individual attention even in a group program. Our coaches educate, motivate, and create a team environment that brings success to every participant. We welcome all ages and fitness levels, and promise you’ll have a blast while getting in great shape!

Outdoor Boot Camp

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. These 45-minute to 1-hour sessions are held outside, using our traditional Boot Camp model around the Burgess Park area.

What’s it like during class?

Our coaches will help you be the best you can be in and out of class. Every movement is important both during the sessions and outside the sessions, so you will take away valuable tips that can help you feel better all day. You will achieve better posture, flexibility, balance, and movement awareness that improves overall athletic performance and helps prevent injuries.

During each class, you will work with others who are on the same path — both of you striving to improve — mentally and physically. You will create new friendships and have fun achieving your health and fitness goals. And you know what else? Every day is different! So you’ll likely never go through the same exercises in the same way — you’ll never be bored.
