Menlo Fitness offer 16 weekly classes of boot camp, plus 6 combo classes, with experienced and trusted instructors who provide a variety of cardio interval training routines. Join us for class in the new Arrillaga Family Gymnastics Center!

* 9:00 a.m. Boot Camp sessions move indoors to the Arrillaga Family Gym, 600 Alma Street, Menlo Park, starting Monday, November 26. All other sessions held in the Arrillaga Family Gymnastics Center.
All levels welcome in every class – beginners, athletes recovering from injury, and avid fitness enthusiasts will all work at their own pace within the same class. Classes are 50 minutes and include warmup, coordinated training routines, warm down and stretching.
What to bring to class: water bottle, towel, comfortable fitness clothing. Bare feet or socks recommended for the springy gymnastics floors.
